How It Works

Consultation
We set up a call to better define the position to be filled and the qualities and skills of the ideal chef candidate for your restaurant or establishment.

Shortlist
We will send you our general agreement with terms and conditions to be reviewed and signed by both yourself and ICA. We then require a period of at least 10 days to 3 weeks to search and evaluate candidates for the position.

Interview & Trial
We send you a shortlist of selected candidates that match the search criteria for your review (5 to 10 candidates) We then set up interviews by phone or video chat. The next step is arrange a cooking trial with the chef to evaluate their skills and qualities.

Placement & Support
Finalize the placement with an employment contract and up to 3-month guarantee, plus ongoing support as the chef settles in the job.
