The Role

The Chef: The ideal Chef for this restaurant concept is a younger individual that has risen to the ranks as an Executive Sous Chef within an established high end Italian restaurant or hotel that is ready for the next step.
The Chef will have trained in some of the most established restaurants in Italy under the mentorship of Italy’s finest chefs.

Leadership: Previous experience managing and mentoring a full kitchen brigade composed of multinational chefs. A hands-on management style motivating and teaching the unique Italian culinary style of the restaurant, maintaining quality of all menu items.

The Venue: Fine dining restaurant within a hotel establishment offering classic Italian cuisine dishes such as risottos, pastas, meat, and fish, already acclaimed by the most important publications. It has established itself as one of the best dining experiences in Rio.

Uno stile di gestione pratico, motivante e in grado di insegnare l’esclusivo stile culinario italiano del ristorante, mantenendo alta la qualità di tutti i piatti del menu.
