Position: Chef de Partie

We’re looking for a talented and ambitious chef to join our team at Fratelli!

We are an independent, family run business in Ponteland serving traditional Sardinian and Italian food.

Some of the duties in this role will include:

– Food preparation, cooking and presentation
– Working to high food safety and hygiene standards to keep a clean and organised kitchen
– Working effectively and efficiently with the rest of the team to provide high levels of customer service
– Experience of working in a busy kitchen, preparing a wide range of dishes (including Italian cuisine), the ability to work well under pressure and be a team player with good communication skills is essential to excel in this role.

The role will include evening and weekend work. Hours / days of work are flexible.

Rate of pay is negotiable dependent on experience. Share of tips in addition to hourly rate.
