Executive Chef – Authentic Italian Fine Dining | Skopje, North Macedonia

One of North Macedonia’s leading upscale Italian restaurants, is looking for an experienced Italian Executive Chef to lead their kitchen.

Candidate Profile

Italian national or chef with extensive professional experience in authentic Italian cuisine.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in high-end Italian restaurants.
Experience in luxury hospitality or renowned restaurant groups such as Cipriani, Lang Osteria, Da Vittorio, Belmond, Four Seasons, Bulgari Hotels or similar is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of fresh pasta, risotto, seafood, premium meats and traditional regional Italian cuisine.
Proven leadership skills in kitchen management, staff training, food cost control and menu development.
Fluent Italian; English is preferred.

Net salary: €4,000–€5,000 per month
