Position: Italian Executive / Head Chef – Restaurant

Italian Executive Restaurant Chef – Prishtina, Kosovo

A premium concept based in Prishtina, Kosovo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Italian culinary division, menu development, kitchen operations, food quality standards, team leadership, and overall culinary performance.

Our preference is to identify candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong stability and commitment within previous positions.
• Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in reputable Italian restaurants, high-volume premium dining operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of modern Italian cuisine while maintaining authenticity.
• Ability to train and develop local kitchen team.

We are primarily interested in candidates who are seeking a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term career move. Cultural fit, leadership ability, and operational execution are equally as important to us as culinary talent.

The initial contract term would be 12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual satisfaction.
