We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment;
Prepare ingredients for use in the kitchen;
Check food during cooking and preparation;
Ensure excellent presentation by inspecting dishes before serving;
Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment;
Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly;
Check the quality of ingredients;
Monitor supplies and place orders in case of shortages;
Ensure the continuity of service;
Prepare the introduction, interpretation, and correct implementation of established operating procedures;
Ensure the procurement of goods, services, and work necessary for company operations;
Coordinate and supervise the human resources assigned to the service.
