We\u2019re looking for a talented and ambitious chef to join our team at Fratelli!<\/p>\n
We are an independent, family run business in Ponteland serving traditional Sardinian and Italian food.<\/p>\n
Some of the duties in this role will include:<\/p>\n
– Food preparation, cooking and presentation
– Working to high food safety and hygiene standards to keep a clean and organised kitchen
– Working effectively and efficiently with the rest of the team to provide high levels of customer service
– Experience of working in a busy kitchen, preparing a wide range of dishes (including Italian cuisine), the ability to work well under pressure and be a team player with good communication skills is essential to excel in this role.<\/p>\n
The role will include evening and weekend work. Hours \/ days of work are flexible.<\/p>\n
Rate of pay is negotiable dependent on experience. Share of tips in addition to hourly rate.<\/p>\n
