\u2022\u00a0 Experience: Previous restaurant experience is essential. Private household experience is not mandatory, although it would be a strong advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Languages: Italian is essential. English, French and\/or Spanish would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Availability: Ideally end of 2026 \/ beginning of 2027.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Marital status: Ideally single, or married without children, due to the flexibility and availability required for the position.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Cuisine: Excellent Italian cuisine is essential, with particular strength in pasta of all kinds. Knowledge of other cuisines would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 European citizenship: Required.<\/p>\n
Salary Package & Benefits<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Salary: \u20ac5,000\u2013\u20ac6,000 net per month.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Working schedule: 6 days per week.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Working hours: Variable and flexible depending on the employers\u2019 schedule; approximately 9:00 a.m.\u20132:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.\u20139:00 p.m., although hours may vary significantly.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Vacation: 5 weeks of paid holiday per year.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Accommodation: Live-out position; accommodation is not provided. The candidate must arrange accommodation close to Monaco, ideally in Beausoleil, Cap-d\u2019Ail or Ventimiglia.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Travel: Mainly Monaco, with limited time onboard\u2014approximately three weeks in August and potentially a few weekends during the year.<\/p>\n
