Italian Executive \/ Head Chef – Restaurant
Italian Executive Restaurant Chef \u2013 Prishtina, Kosovo<\/p>\n
A premium concept based in Prishtina, Kosovo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Italian culinary division, menu development, kitchen operations, food quality standards, team leadership, and overall culinary performance.<\/p>\n
Our preference is to identify candidates who can demonstrate:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong stability and commitment within previous positions.
\u2022 Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in reputable Italian restaurants, high-volume premium dining operations.
\u2022 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
\u2022 Strong understanding of modern Italian cuisine while maintaining authenticity.
\u2022 Ability to train and develop local kitchen team.<\/p>\n
We are primarily interested in candidates who are seeking a long-term opportunity rather than a short-term career move. Cultural fit, leadership ability, and operational execution are equally as important to us as culinary talent.<\/p>\n
The initial contract term would be 12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual satisfaction.<\/p>\n
