One of North Macedonia\u2019s leading upscale Italian restaurants, is looking for an experienced Italian Executive Chef to lead their kitchen.<\/p>\n

Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
Italian national or chef with extensive professional experience in authentic Italian cuisine.
\nMinimum 8\u201310 years of experience in high-end Italian restaurants.
\nExperience in luxury hospitality or renowned restaurant groups such as Cipriani, Lang Osteria, Da Vittorio, Belmond, Four Seasons, Bulgari Hotels or similar is highly preferred.
\nStrong knowledge of fresh pasta, risotto, seafood, premium meats and traditional regional Italian cuisine.
\nProven leadership skills in kitchen management, staff training, food cost control and menu development.
\nFluent Italian; English is preferred.

Net salary: \u20ac4,000\u2013\u20ac5,000 per month
\nFully furnished apartment provided by the company.
